US spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds posted a sharp reversal on Oct. 30, with investors pulling a combined $643.33 million from the 12 listed products. Data from SoSoValue shows it was the largest daily net outflow for the group in roughly four months and the biggest since June 25.
The move ended a four-trading-day stretch of net inflows and pushed cumulative net inflows across the category down to $56.98 billion. One day earlier, the same group had recorded a modest $17.07 million in net inflows before sentiment swung decisively negative in a single session.
Largest withdrawal in months
The Oct. 30 total also surpassed the $635.49 million in net outflows reported on Oct. 22, making it the heaviest one-day withdrawal among recent sessions. Based on the source data, no other trading day since June 25 saw a larger combined exit from the US spot Bitcoin ETF market.
The figures cover all 12 US spot Bitcoin ETFs tracked by SoSoValue. While the category remained in positive territory on a cumulative basis, the single-day swing was large enough to trim the overall running total of net inflows.
BlackRock and Fidelity led the outflows
BlackRock's IBIT recorded the biggest net outflow on the day at $233.70 million. Fidelity's FBTC followed with $201.04 million in withdrawals.
Taken together, those two funds accounted for about 68% of the group's total net outflow, showing that the bulk of the selling pressure was concentrated in the category's largest products rather than evenly spread across the full ETF lineup.
Other funds also posted losses
ARK 21Shares' ARKB saw net outflows of $129.55 million. Grayscale's GBTC lost $53.32 million, while Bitwise's BITB posted $25.72 million in net outflows.
The remaining seven spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded no net inflows or outflows for the session, according to the data. That left only five products contributing to the day's aggregate decline.
What changed from the previous sessions
Before the Oct. 30 reversal, the US spot Bitcoin ETFs had put together four consecutive trading days of net inflows beginning on Oct. 26. That streak ended as the market shifted from a small positive reading to one of the deepest daily outflows seen since late June.
The next confirmed data point to watch is whether the category resumes inflows after the break in momentum or extends the latest run of withdrawals. For now, the confirmed result is that cumulative net inflows for US spot Bitcoin ETFs stand at $56.98 billion after the Oct. 30 session.
