US spot Bitcoin and Ethereum exchange-traded funds posted their first week of net inflows in two months, reversing an eight-week run of withdrawals. Data cited in the report shows both segments ended the July 6-10, 2026 period in positive territory after sustained outflows in recent weeks.

Bitcoin ETFs turn positive

US spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded net inflows of $197.4 million for the week. The shift came after the sector had logged eight consecutive weeks of outflows and followed a $526.64 million net withdrawal during the June 29 to July 3 period.

BlackRock’s IBIT accounted for the largest share of the week’s gains, attracting $291.89 million. Additional inflows were reported for BTC at $95.08 million, MSBT at $13.13 million, HODL at $8.97 million, and BITB at $5.19 million.

Several products still posted redemptions despite the overall positive result. GBTC saw $108.14 million in outflows, while FBTC lost $93.34 million and ARKB recorded $15.39 million in withdrawals. BRRR, EZBC, BTCO, BTCW, and DEFI were unchanged over the week, according to the source.

Ethereum ETFs end losing streak

US spot Ethereum ETFs also returned to net inflows, adding $84.42 million during the same week. That ended an eight-week stretch of outflows for the segment and contrasted with the previous week’s $13.67 million in net withdrawals.

BlackRock’s ETHA led Ethereum-focused funds with $53.75 million in inflows. Fidelity’s FETH followed with $37.48 million. At the same time, some funds registered modest outflows: ETHB lost $2.7 million, ETHW saw $2.75 million leave, and ETHV posted $1.35 million in outflows.

The report said ETH, ETHE, EZET, QETH, and TETH finished the week with no capital movement.

Altcoin products and Hong Kong activity

Beyond Bitcoin and Ethereum, the source also tracked weekly flows for altcoin-based ETFs. HYPE-ETF led that group with $10.36 million in inflows. HBAR-ETF brought in $1.01 million, SOL-ETF added $0.93 million, and LINK-ETF attracted $0.64 million.

Not all altcoin funds saw demand. XRP-ETF posted $7.18 million in outflows, while Litecoin-ETF lost $0.43 million. DOGE, BNB, AVAX, and DOT funds were unchanged for the week.

Outside the US market, Hong Kong spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded a net inflow of 4.9 BTC.

Context

The weekly reversal suggests ETF demand improved after a prolonged period of withdrawals, though flows remained mixed at the product level, with several major funds still losing capital even as the broader Bitcoin and Ethereum categories turned positive. The figures cited in the report were based on weekly totals for July 6-10.
