A series of recent SEC filings shows registered investment advisers disclosing fresh positions in XRP exchange-traded funds, adding to signs of early institutional activity around the products. The filings span several firms and funds, with positions reported in Franklin, Canary and ProShares XRP ETFs.

Gerber discloses Franklin XRP ETF stake

Gerber, an Ohio-based registered investment adviser that manages $592 million in assets, reported a new XRP-related holding in a recent filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. According to the disclosure, the firm owns 12,958 shares of the Franklin XRP ETF.

The filing places Gerber among a small but growing list of advisers that have publicly reported exposure to XRP investment products. The source article did not state the value of Gerber’s position.

Larger positions emerge at Vista and Gallacher

Other advisers have reported bigger stakes. On July 16, Vista Finance LLC disclosed what the source described as one of the largest institutional XRP ETF positions reported so far. Its SEC filing showed ownership of 129,958 shares of the Franklin XRP ETF, valued at about $11.45 million at the time of the filing.

A day later, on July 17, Gallacher Capital Management LLC reported a new position in the Canary XRP ETF, traded under the ticker XRPC. Gallacher disclosed ownership of 86,744 shares, with the filing valuing the position at roughly $961,126.

Together, those filings suggest that adviser interest is not limited to a single issuer or fund structure. Instead, the reported positions are spread across multiple XRP ETF offerings.

CPR Investments adds leveraged XRP exposure

Another filing came from CPR Investments, a Michigan-based registered investment adviser. On July 15, the firm disclosed that it had established a position in the ProShares Ultra XRP ETF.

The SEC filing listed 36,619 shares with an approximate value of $363,627. Unlike the Franklin and Canary funds cited in the other filings, the ProShares Ultra XRP ETF gives CPR exposure through a different XRP-linked product.

Early pattern, still modest by crypto ETF standards

Taken together, the recent disclosures point to a gradual pickup in adviser participation in XRP exchange-traded products. At the same time, the reported holdings remain relatively small when compared with positions often seen in Bitcoin ETFs, according to the source article.

That leaves the current wave of filings as an early indicator rather than evidence of large-scale institutional adoption. Still, the SEC disclosures show that several registered investment advisers have begun carving out positions in XRP-linked funds over a short period in mid-July.

The latest reports do not establish a broader market trend on their own, but they do document concrete allocations by named firms, with share counts and, in several cases, values attached in public filings.
