Swedish health technology company H100 Group has increased its Bitcoin treasury after acquiring Norwegian companies Moonshot and PDI in an all-equity transaction. The deal added 2,455.7 BTC to H100’s balance sheet, taking its total holdings to 3,506 BTC.

At current prices cited in the source report, that treasury is worth about $226.7 million. The transaction also materially changes H100’s standing among listed companies that hold Bitcoin, pushing it from 42nd to 26th place by total holdings.

Share issuance funded the acquisition

H100 said it financed the transaction by issuing roughly 790.5 million new shares rather than using cash. The shares were issued at SEK 1.86 each, implying a total deal value of about SEK 1.47 billion.

The structure allowed the company to expand its Bitcoin exposure through a corporate acquisition while avoiding a direct cash outlay. The source report identifies the acquired businesses as Norwegian companies Moonshot and PDI.

Treasury size and shareholder impact

Following the acquisition, H100’s Bitcoin holdings rose to 3,506 BTC. The company said the transaction preserved sats per basic share while increasing fully diluted Bitcoin exposure by around 5%.

At the same time, the issuance of hundreds of millions of new shares increased the company’s outstanding stock count, creating dilution for existing shareholders. That trade-off is central to the mechanics of the deal: H100 gained a much larger Bitcoin treasury, but did so by expanding its equity base.

Position among public Bitcoin holders

The increase in holdings sharply improved H100’s position in the public-company Bitcoin rankings cited in the source article. After the deal, the company moved up from 42nd to 26th among public firms by Bitcoin holdings.

The report also said the enlarged treasury brings H100 closer to the size of Gemini’s Bitcoin reserve, underscoring how quickly the company’s corporate stash has grown through the acquisition.

A different approach from some larger holders

The source article contrasts H100’s strategy with moves recently made by some larger corporate Bitcoin holders. Strategy sold 1,690 BTC last week for about $108.6 million, while MARA sold 2,213 BTC during the second quarter.

Against that backdrop, H100’s deal stands out as an expansion move. Rather than reducing reserves, the company used newly issued equity to add Bitcoin exposure through the takeover of Moonshot and PDI.

What is confirmed next

What is currently clear from the report is the immediate result of the transaction: H100 now holds 3,506 BTC and has materially increased its profile among public companies with Bitcoin treasuries.

The next confirmed point for investors and market observers will be how the company reflects the added holdings, the larger share count, and the stated fully diluted exposure increase in its subsequent corporate disclosures.
