Binance has set a shutdown date for its mining pool business, giving connected Bitcoin miners a limited window to move their operations elsewhere. The company said on October 13 that Binance Pool and a range of linked products will stop operating at 07:00 UTC on November 10, 2026.

The change affects more than the pool’s core mining function. Binance said it will also discontinue Pool Savings, Cloud Mining, the Transaction Accelerator, and support tools tied to the service, including mining pool APIs and hashrate alerts.

Deadline for miners to switch

For miners still routing machines to Binance Pool, the main requirement is to redirect equipment before the cutoff. Binance said systems connected to its mining endpoints must be reconfigured in advance if users want to avoid interruptions to mining activity.

Once the shutdown takes effect, Binance Pool will no longer accept or credit new shares and hashrate submissions. That means miners who fail to switch in time could see their machines continue running without receiving credit through Binance’s service.

Related products are also being withdrawn

The closure extends beyond the basic block-reward service. Binance said Pool Savings and Cloud Mining are being discontinued as part of the same move, alongside the Transaction Accelerator.

The company also listed several supporting functions that will end with the pool, including mining pool APIs and hashrate alerts. Taken together, the announcement marks a full withdrawal from this part of Binance’s mining-services offering rather than a narrow change to a single tool.

Users have account tasks to complete

Binance said customers should also review any active savings positions and make sure their accounts are set up to receive outstanding rewards or refunds where applicable.

According to the notice, eligible balances will be handled under the terms of the relevant products and any applicable compliance requirements. Binance did not indicate that these balances would simply vanish at the moment the service stops, but users are still being asked to complete the required account housekeeping before the deadline.

What Binance has and has not said

Binance described the shutdown as part of an ongoing product review. In its closure notice, the company did not attribute the decision to a specific decline in hashrate or any other single business factor.

The announcement also does not signal a broader shutdown of Binance’s exchange operations or its Bitcoin spot trading business. Based on the company’s notice, the confirmed change is an exit from the mining pool segment, with the next clear step for users being to move machines and settle related account matters before 07:00 UTC on November 10, 2026.
